You are not tied to our riad or villa. Coming with a larger group, say 20 people, or have another city or style in mind? Then we find a tailor-made venue that suits your group.

How it works

1. Tell us about your group: How many of you, what brought the idea up, and roughly when. Five-minute form, no commitment.
2. We sketch a week: Within 48 hours, you get a draft itinerary, a transparent budget, and a few date options.
3. We refine together: A 30-minute call with Charlotte. Adjust the rhythm, the activities, the accommodation level, all of it.
4. You confirm with a deposit: 30% deposit secures the dates. We start the real planning. You start counting down.
5. We handle everything: Transfers, dietary requirements, surf instructors, hammam bookings, that one person who needs a private room. All of it.
6. You arrive: You step out of the airport. The rest happens.

What's included

• Full takeover of your place: The riad in Essaouira (up to 12 guests) or the villa in Marrakech (up to 10): every room and space, all yours. Bigger group? Just ask.
• A custom-built schedule: Two daily classes, your styles. Activities chosen for your group.
• Everything handled: Transfers, food, dietary needs, instructors, materials, hammam bookings.
• Charlotte on the ground: Your dedicated host for the week. Tour-guide background, hospitality DNA.
• Real, transparent pricing: One per-person rate. No surprise add-ons. We send the spreadsheet.
• Add-ons à la carte: Massages, hammam, surf lessons, a soundbath or an Atlas mountains hike, all optional.

FAQ

How much does a custom retreat cost?

From €950 per person, including accommodation, full board, two classes a day and Charlotte as your host. The final price depends on the number of nights, group size, venue and the extras you choose. You get a proposal with a transparent budget within 48 hours.

How many people can we bring?

From 6 people. The riad in Essaouira sleeps 12 guests, the villa in Marrakech 10. For companies there is no real maximum: because everything is tailor-made, we work out a solution for larger groups. Yoga teachers who bring at least 6 guests stay for free and earn commission on every booking they bring in.

Is this suitable as a company team trip or incentive?

Yes. We build the programme around your goal: a reward trip, a team outing, an offsite with meeting time or a week to recharge. You get one point of contact and a VAT invoice.

Do participants need yoga experience?

No. Charlotte teaches every level, including people who have never done yoga. Anyone who prefers to skip a class is always free to.

What is included?

Exclusive use of the riad or villa, all meals, two classes a day (yoga, meditation, Yogilates), a tailored programme and Charlotte as your host on site. Transfers, activities, massages and hammam can be arranged on request.

How far ahead should we book?

The earlier, the more choice of dates; ideally 2 to 4 months ahead. Feel free to ask at shorter notice too, sometimes there is still room.

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit secures the dates. The balance is paid before departure. Companies receive a VAT invoice.
